Here at Propsee we’re all about stewardship. Stewardship conveys the principle that we are responsible for owning, operating and maintaining our resources and investments in a responsible manner. We know that a home is one of the largest investments most families will ever make, and we want to see everyone able to steward that investment well.
From managing energy plans to maintaining water heaters, Propsee seeks to serve by providing the engaged homeowner with information and resources to be a better homeowner.
We seek to glorify God in all aspects of our business. We believe that God has placed each of us in various positions within society to spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are unabashedly unashamed of the message that Christ has given us. We believe that businesses serve a greater purpose than simply making a profit and seek to serve our stakeholders by embodying Christian values in all we do. All success that we may achieve is only for His Glory and praise.
To be the #1 online resource for homeowners.
Create and maintain a best-in-class multi-platform service that enables homeowners to learn, plan, and manage excellent operation and maintenance of their home.
Propsee is a Texas based start-up owned and managed by Ira Nicodemus. Having purchased his first home in 2012, Ira was looking for resources that not only told him how to maintain his home, but also guided him through the process and gave tools to plan and track tasks. Surprised that no such comprehensive resource existed, Ira formed Propsee to help other homeowners with similar needs. We’re continually growing and look forward to serving homeowners for years to come.
Ira’s professional background is in commercial real estate management, with a focus in energy & sustainability. He has extensive experience managing large portfolios of varied buildings, from retail locations to hospitals and data centers. He holds a BS in interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University (’08) and Masters in Business Administration from The University of North Texas (’14). Ira is also a LEED Green Associate and Certified Energy Manager. Outside of work, Ira is actively engaged in volunteer service at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX, building relationships with old and new friends, and constantly learning and growing in all areas.
